Claude Piel International Fly-In 26th-27th July 2008 - Unfortunately we have had to cancel this event.

There is a fly-in of the Luscombe club 30th and 31st May

Jodel fly-in(ppr) 12th - 13th July with a possible Visit by the BBMF on 12 July. Overnight camping available for those who wish to stay the night.

There is a scout camp weekend 5-7th September

Defford Air Day is the Annual Fund Raiser.  The Charities supported are Mission Aviation Fellowship and The County Air Ambulance.
Unfortunately we are unable to host an Air Day event in 2008 but we hope to see the event return in 2009.
G-EELS Cessna Caravan

G-EELS is a Cessna Caravan.  This is the same as MAF uses because of its high load, short field performance. G-EELS is operated from Gloucestershire Airfield primarily exporting Elvers to the continent
Air Ambulance

The Air Ambulance is an EC135.  Once based at Croft Farm it now operates from Strensham Services on the M5.  Their objective is to arrive within 20 minutes and lift the patient to hospital within the next 40 minutes.  This defines their principal area of operation though they cover wider areas when needed
