We are pleased to announce that the Air day will return this year.
Defford Air Day is the annual Fund Raiser. The Charities supported are Mission Aviation Fellowship and the County Air Ambulance.

G-EELS Cessna Caravan

G-EELS is a Cessna Caravan.  This is the same as MAF uses because of its high load, short field performance. G-EELS is operated from Gloucestershire Airfield primarily exporting Elvers to the continent
Air Ambulance

The Air Ambulance is an EC135.  Once based at Croft Farm it now operates from Strensham Services on the M5.  Their objective is to arrive within 20 minutes and lift the patient to hospital within the next 40 minutes.  This defines their principal area of operation though they cover wider areas when needed
